- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations.
- Desire to learn about the managed WordPress hosting industry and sales techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience using AI tools to support research, writing, or workflow efficiency.
- Ability to use AI outputs critically with strong human judgment.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Familiarity with WordPress and managed hosting services (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads by responding to inquiries, identifying potential opportunities, and qualifying prospects based on their needs.
- Create interest and excitement around Pressable’s WordPress hosting solutions through initial discovery calls, emails, and chats.
- Set up and schedule meetings for senior sales team members to further engage qualified leads.
- Educate prospects about Pressable’s features and benefits.
- Track interactions, manage lead data, and update records in the CRM.
- Engage with existing customers to identify expansion opportunities and support retention efforts.
- Leverage AI tools for prospect research, call preparation, follow-up drafting, and deal summarization.
- Own monthly qualified meeting and pipeline generation targets.
