Requirements
- Active U.S. Bar license.
- 2+ years of attorney experience reviewing complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS).
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with native or fluent proficiency.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal).
- Growth-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a workload of 45 to 50 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for each client.
- Review application packets, declarations, and motions for family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.
- Provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate and timely document delivery.
- Conduct exhaustive initial reviews to identify legal issues and represent clients in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews before USCIS.
- Serve as 'Attorney of the Day' to provide legal guidance and attend operational meetings.
- Participate in Consultation Day Events.
