Requirements
- Experience with applied machine learning and models running in production environments.
- Hands-on expertise in tabular predictive modelling using customer data.
- Proven experience building churn or propensity models in telco, banking, or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in building training, deployment, and retraining pipelines in self-managed environments.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps practices including model registry, versioning, retraining, monitoring, and drift detection.
- Comfortable working within a data platform environment rather than notebooks.
- Experience with uplift or causal modelling for incremental targeting.
- Ability to design feature stores.
- Experience working with commercial stakeholders to define prediction use cases.
Responsibilities
- Own predictive customer scores including churn, propensity, lifetime value, spend intent, and response scoring.
- Manage the full model lifecycle from training to monitoring and calibration.
- Build and maintain production-ready tabular predictive models.
- Implement MLOps practices such as model registry, versioning, and drift detection.
- Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to align model outputs with business use cases.
