Requirements
- 4 to 5 or more years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as field engineering, solutions engineering, technical implementation, or integration delivery.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical integration issues in production environments.
- Solid working knowledge of modern web application stacks and APIs, including REST, webhooks, or event-driven architectures.
- Production experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including data modeling for integrations.
- Proven ability to scope technical requirements and design implementation approaches in partnership with customers.
- Experience writing technical documentation, API guides, or implementation materials for customer-facing audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing product decisions based on customer feedback.
- Domain expertise in KYB, KYC, AML, or regulated onboarding.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving processes.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to scope technical requirements early in the implementation lifecycle.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts.
- Troubleshoot integration issues in production and guide customers toward scalable, long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve friction in implementation flows.
- Improve documentation, tooling, and internal processes to make future implementations faster and smoother.
