Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating delightful, polished interfaces and interactions.
- Proven track record shipping high-traffic, consumer-facing products in React and React Native.
- Fluency in modern JS/TypeScript and cross-platform frontend architecture.
- Experience with performance, accessibility, and scalable UI patterns.
- Strong eye for interaction design and motion.
- Strong Figma literacy.
- Hands-on experience with crypto wallets, blockchain, or related Web3 products.
- Comfortable working autonomously across a distributed, global team.
Responsibilities
- Build pixel-perfect interfaces in React and React Native, with obsessive attention to detail.
- Design and implement animations and micro-interactions that make every tap feel considered.
- Translate Figma designs into accessible, production-ready experiences with minimal handoff friction.
- Build agentic workflows and tooling that speed up design-to-code and day-to-day engineering work.
- Grow the MetaMask design system: reusable, accessible components built to scale across platforms.
- Move from idea to prototype fast and validate with real users.
- Push for craft everywhere - the small animation nobody asked for that makes an interaction click.
