Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or corporate finance roles.
- Strong financial modeling skills for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, functions, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts by partnering with department leaders.
- Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, revenue projections, and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports to translate financial data into clear insights.
- Partner cross-functionally with business units to analyze cost structures, profitability, and revenue trends.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects, including business cases for new investments.
- Coordinate and assist Accounting as needed with monthly variance analysis.
