  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of hydraulic hose, fittings, and accessories.
  • Experience interpreting market trends and sales data.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable results.
  • Experience in industrial or B2B markets preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for private and exclusive brands.
  • Implement targeted sales initiatives and product launches to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify profit expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Group to establish competitive pricing structures.
  • Develop marketing content for websites, social media, and collateral.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
  • Develop and lead product training programs for Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Provide technical and application support for private and exclusive brands.
