- 4+ years of experience in product management or a related product or technical role.
- Experience working in payments, ideally in a fintech or startup environment.
- Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience with APIs.
- Ability to read API documentation and understand technical integration flows.
- Experience discussing technical trade-offs with software engineers.
- Ability to write clear, concise technical specifications and requirements documentation.
- Strong prioritization skills for managing multiple projects in parallel.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage the roadmap for payment integrations from technical scoping through go-live.
- Write clear technical specifications and requirements for Engineering teams.
- Manage multiple payment integrations in parallel, prioritizing based on business impact and technical complexity.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering during development and testing phases.
- Define and track success metrics for all integrations.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and trade-offs to commercial teams and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize the integration process using AI and internal tooling.
