Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English grammar and syntax.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts during company hours of operation (CST).
- Access to a dedicated, secure, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
- Desktop or laptop with SSD, Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen 5/7 processor (4+ cores).
- Minimum of 16 GB RAM.
- Two functional monitors (laptop with external monitor or dual-monitor setup).
- USB, USB-C, or charged Bluetooth headset.
- Integrated or external webcam and an external mouse.
- Wired Ethernet connection (50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum).
- Must pass the official Twilio network test using Google Chrome.
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Access customer accounts using computer software to document case notes and process orders.
- Handle payment information securely in compliance with company policies.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by personalizing interactions to build customer loyalty.
- Meet attendance requirements and key performance indicators to ensure service standards.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall business operations.
