Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role at a technology or SaaS company.
- Track record of owning the product lifecycle and shipping impactful B2B solutions.
- Experience with employee data, HRIS, or systems-of-record is highly valued.
- Strong proficiency in Agile environments, including hands-on sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Ability to turn complex, multi-country compliance needs into clear technical requirements.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Proven capability in navigating ambiguity and managing fast-paced project execution.
- Customer-first mindset balanced with tactical execution and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Drive discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and roadmap development for Core HR employee data models and lifecycle workflows.
- Translate strategy into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
- Manage the product lifecycle for employee profiles, onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and reporting.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales to launch features.
- Develop internal documentation and external-facing content regarding Core HR functionality.
- Ensure feature development aligns with customer needs and cross-border compliance requirements.
