- Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses.
- Strong experience serving as a finance business partner through budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating financial information and developing scenarios.
- Strong financial systems expertise.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and variance analyses.
- Lead monthly financial reporting activities across the organization.
- Provide reporting covering financial results, operational metrics, staffing, compensation, and capital expenditures.
- Lead annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting processes.
- Serve as a primary finance business partner to department leaders.
- Collaborate with financial systems teams to validate data and improve reporting tools.
- Research economic and financial trends to support management reporting.
- Develop and enhance reporting and analytics solutions.
- Conduct financial analysis and build scenario models for strategic decisions.
- Coach other financial analysts or related staff on technical finance topics.
