Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the promotional products industry, strongly preferred on the distributor side
- Experience in consultative sales and pipeline management
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, pipelines, and relationships simultaneously
- Knowledge of the distributor and supplier industry for vendor relationship building and sourcing
- Solutions-oriented mindset and proven problem-solving background
- Excellent written and verbal professional English communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and process-oriented
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new and expansion opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor, leading high-level consultative conversations to grow and close deals
- Develop and present merchandise strategies and program recommendations
- Own customer relationships and commercial outcomes from initial discovery through final delivery
- Source cost-effective, high-quality promotional products using industry knowledge and vendor networks
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms with vendors
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to execute custom orders
- Mentor team members and share industry knowledge and creative selling strategies
