Requirements
- Have experience in project management, operations, or workflow management roles.
- Have strong professional experience using Asana; 2+ years is preferred.
- Be able to build Asana templates, dashboards, and workflows and implement rules and automations.
- Have demonstrated experience using AI tools and automation, including “vibe coding,” to build workflows, scripts, or lightweight tools.
- Be able to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have strong follow-up and accountability skills and high attention to detail.
- Be able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Be committed to maintaining clean systems.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce, and understanding of marketing operations, creative processes, or agency workflows, are desired but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Asana project structures, workflows, and templates.
- Build and implement Asana rules and automations for task routing and accountability.
- Monitor task progress, audit projects, follow up with task owners, and escalate blockers or overdue deliverables.
- Coordinate deliverables, responsibilities, handoffs, and dependencies across departments.
- Maintain Asana dashboards and reporting views and provide recurring project status updates.
- Track workflow trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs and documenting internal workflows.
