4-6 years of experience in graphic and marketing design.
Portfolio demonstrating work across digital campaigns, social media, print collateral, and brand-consistent design.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and corporate brand systems.
Strong proficiency in Canva for day-to-day design production.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for vector artwork, booth graphics, and print production.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing and asset preparation.
Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and layout modification.
Experience with HubSpot landing pages or similar CMS platforms.
Experience using generative AI tools for visual exploration, prototyping, and workflow efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and excellent attention to detail.

Design and produce marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, email banners, presentations, event materials, and booth graphics.
Adapt designs across various formats, platforms, and audiences while maintaining strict brand consistency.
Prepare professional, print-ready artwork with expertise in bleed, trim, resolution, and color modes for large-format production.
Build and update HubSpot landing page sections using HTML and CSS.
Troubleshoot and modify layouts or code to resolve styling and responsive issues.
Utilize generative AI tools for rapid prototyping and workflow optimization while applying independent design judgment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into effective visual communication.
