Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, or creative production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, AI-assisted creative work, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Kling, Runway, and Claude.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with video editing and basic motion graphics.
- Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling designs for social media, websites, advertising, packaging, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, design development, image generation, video creation, and creative experimentation.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate high-quality creative outputs.
- Create and edit short-form videos, promotional content, motion graphics, and multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, and Branding stakeholders.
- Adapt creative assets for different platforms, formats, dimensions, and audience requirements.
