Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, automation, or analytics.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Proficiency in Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Expertise in Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and IDP.
- Understanding of enterprise application integration, API concepts, and secure solution design.
- Experience with SQL and modern data engineering concepts.
- Ability to lead discovery workshops, process assessments, and solution design sessions.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Salesforce, or MuleSoft preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or food production environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify strategic objectives, operational challenges, and process inefficiencies.
- Conduct workflow assessments and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
- Design and develop AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, copilots, and automation solutions.
- Build Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Serve as a key member of the AI Steering Committee to shape strategy, governance, and initiative prioritization.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to deploy scalable, secure AI solutions.
- Lead intelligent automation initiatives using RPA and workflow orchestration technologies.
