Requirements
- Strong software engineering and hands-on technical leadership experience.
- Proven experience shipping AI agents or LLM applications into production.
- Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure.
- Practical knowledge of agent orchestration, memory, tool use, RAG, and evaluations.
- Understanding of human-in-the-loop design.
- Familiarity with current trends including self-improving agents, local-first runtimes, and computer-use agents.
- Knowledge of MCP/A2A interoperability and durable execution.
- Familiarity with eval-driven development.
Responsibilities
- Build agent systems using runtimes like Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, Letta, Agent Zero, or OpenHands.
- Develop workflows, reusable skills, persistent memory, and messaging integrations using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or Vercel AI SDK.
- Integrate various LLMs through tool calling, structured outputs, streaming, and model routing.
- Connect agents to external systems via MCP, A2A, REST APIs, and browsers.
- Construct RAG and context systems using databases like pgvector, Pinecone, or Elasticsearch.
- Implement evaluations and observability using tools like LangSmith, Braintrust, or OpenTelemetry.
- Secure autonomous agents through sandboxing, least-privilege access, and prompt-injection defenses.
