Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce development across boards, regions, or states.
- 5+ years of specific knowledge in WIOA, TANF, SNAP, and other workforce-related contracts or programs.
- 5+ years of advanced project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technology capabilities into practical, jargon-free solutions.
- Ability to navigate complex, locally-specific workforce requirements.
- Exceptional time-management, organization, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in complex, unscripted environments.
- Ability to travel moderately for on-site client implementations.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive process autopsies to dissect current workflows and remove bottlenecks.
- Architect and advocate for a bigger, bolder vision for state-level workforce service delivery.
- Translate complex workforce business requirements into technical process flows within the Career Edge platform.
- Partner with state and local workforce boards to redesign models covering people, processes, and platforms.
- Guide workforce boards in mastering new technology to improve service outcomes.
- Manage multiple complex initiatives while transitioning between strategic state-level discussions and tactical support for frontline staff.
