Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce development across boards, regions, or states.
  • 5+ years of specific knowledge in WIOA, TANF, SNAP, and other workforce-related contracts or programs.
  • 5+ years of advanced project management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technology capabilities into practical, jargon-free solutions.
  • Ability to navigate complex, locally-specific workforce requirements.
  • Exceptional time-management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in complex, unscripted environments.
  • Ability to travel moderately for on-site client implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform deep-dive process autopsies to dissect current workflows and remove bottlenecks.
  • Architect and advocate for a bigger, bolder vision for state-level workforce service delivery.
  • Translate complex workforce business requirements into technical process flows within the Career Edge platform.
  • Partner with state and local workforce boards to redesign models covering people, processes, and platforms.
  • Guide workforce boards in mastering new technology to improve service outcomes.
  • Manage multiple complex initiatives while transitioning between strategic state-level discussions and tactical support for frontline staff.
