Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce development.
- Deep knowledge of WIOA, TANF, SNAP, and other workforce-related contracts/programs.
- Experience collaborating with state and local workforce boards.
- 5+ years of advanced project management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and engage with both state leaders and frontline staff.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel for on-site customer implementations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with state leaders and local workforce boards to perform deep-dive process autopsies.
- Dissect current workflows to identify and remove bottlenecks and outdated processes.
- Architect a vision for customer service models that integrates people, process, and platform.
- Act as a technology translator between customer needs and system configuration.
- Translate high-level workforce directives, such as referral processes and case management, into clear technical flows in Career Edge.
- Guide workforce boards to master new tools for improved community outcomes.
