Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience required.
- Management consulting experience at a recognized firm preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly in provider organizations, health systems, or radiology/imaging services.
- Master's Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft consulting-quality deliverables.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools or strong ability to learn them.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for high-priority strategic initiatives including workplan development and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-Suite executives, physician leaders, and board-level audiences.
- Design and facilitate cross-functional working sessions, steering committees, and governance forums.
- Build scalable analytical frameworks and models that support data-driven strategy across the transformation office portfolio.
- Manage financial modeling and synthesize complex operational and financial data into actionable insights.
