Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or program management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in a software or SaaS environment.
- Technically grounded understanding of how software is built and architecture decisions.
- AI-fluent, with active usage of tools such as Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or Notion AI.
- Systems thinking ability to manage dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical blockers in plain language.
- Experienced with modern delivery frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Data-informed decision-making skills.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or learning products is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI tooling implementation within product or engineering teams is a plus.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of high-stakes initiatives, leading programs that cut across engineering, product, data, and go-to-market teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and executives.
- Leverage AI as a force multiplier to draft updates, synthesize risk signals, and document project progress.
- Translate business objectives into executable project plans, identifying dependencies and sequencing work.
- Anticipate problems by building contingency plans and facilitating difficult conversations.
- Define and reinforce standards for shipping, including quality gates, rollout plans, and post-mortems.
- Own executive-level AI-assisted reporting, including status updates and risk dashboards.
