Job Details

5+ years of experience in technical project management or program management.
Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in a software or SaaS environment.
Genuinely technical understanding of how software is built and architecture decision-making.
AI-fluent with active usage of AI tools like Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or Notion AI.
Systems thinker capable of managing dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.
Experience with modern delivery frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
Data-informed approach using metrics to track progress and make decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical blockers in plain language.
Comfortable helping teams define guardrails for responsible AI use.

Own end-to-end delivery of high-stakes initiatives, leading programs that cut across engineering, product, data, and go-to-market teams from scoping through launch.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at every level, including engineers, product managers, and executives.
Leverage AI as a force multiplier for drafting status updates, synthesizing risk signals, and accelerating decision-making.
Translate business objectives into executable project plans by identifying dependencies and sequencing work.
Anticipate problems by building contingency plans and facilitating hard conversations early.
Define and reinforce standards for shipping, including quality gates, rollout plans, retrospectives, and post-mortems.
Own executive-level AI-assisted reporting with status updates, risk dashboards, and decision-ready briefings.
