Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of modern coding languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of front-end web development principles (HTML/CSS).
- Experience with source control and branching/pull requests strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technical solutions for Agentforce and related technologies.
- Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
- Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle from initial design through development, testing, and deployment.
- Lead and own complete project technical solution design including agentic topics, instructions, actions, and data structures.
- Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce at scale.
- Contribute to reusable assets to accelerate team delivery and quality.
