Requirements
- Experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- Experience managing project schedules, delivery commitments, and stakeholder communications in a customer-facing environment.
- Understanding of capacity planning, resource forecasting, and operational performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Data Migration methodologies, ETL processes, and systems design principles.
- Experience using management tools such as JIRA, Kimble, Smartsheet, or Confluence.
- Experience working in production, SaaS, healthcare technology, or customer delivery environments.
- Experience leveraging Generative AI, AI copilots, or intelligent automation to improve business processes.
- Understanding of workflow automation, prompt engineering, and AI governance.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements, technical dependencies, and Data Migration delivery processes.
- Serve as the primary interface between Sales, Project Managers, Resource Management, and delivery teams for project intake, scheduling, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
- Manage project demand, resource forecasting, and capacity planning activities.
- Coordinate Data Migration project go-live readiness and execution activities.
- Monitor project portfolios, identify risks, and drive mitigation activities.
- Maintain project requests, schedules, dashboards, and operational documentation.
- Lead post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of AI-powered tools and intelligent automation to improve project scheduling and operational visibility.
