Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program or project management experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, technically complex customer programs with high levels of ambiguity.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and distributed teams.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and risk management.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into structured requirements and influence product roadmaps.
  • Expertise in at least two of these domains: data centers, industrial controls, HVAC systems, or AI/ML industrial applications.
  • Proficiency in program management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and risk management frameworks.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills with a focus on scalable processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale customer programs including multi-site and highly customized deployments.
  • Lead program strategy and planning by defining timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing program leader and trusted advisor for technical and operational challenges.
  • Coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure customer solutions are configured and delivered according to site requirements.
  • Lead executive-level communication to present complex technical concepts, program updates, and risks.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and lead initiatives to improve delivery workflows and operational processes.
  • Influence product strategy by aligning customer needs with long-term company direction.
  • Establish program management best practices and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
