  • Direct experience working within formal enterprise project management environments involving structured governance, RACI frameworks, milestone-based reporting, and executive-level visibility.
  • Strong judgment in applying program management rigor appropriately without over-engineering processes.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, compliance, or a related domain, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment serving enterprise customers.
  • Ability to act as a credible thought partner to Engineering and Product teams, with sufficient technical understanding to discuss dependencies, trade-offs, and prioritization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical project status into clear language for executive stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-stakes client engagements.
  • High ownership, self-direction, and adaptability, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own integration project plans for complex enterprise engagements, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, implementation timelines, and overall project health.
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout integrations, communicating proactively, understanding requirements deeply, surfacing risks early, and maintaining trusted relationships.
  • Track client-specific product feature requests from initial intake through resolution, ensuring requests assigned to Engineering and Product remain visible, prioritized, and moving forward.
  • Establish clear RACI structures and roles and responsibilities at the beginning of each engagement.
  • Coordinate structured communication across Engineering, Product, Integrations, Solutions, and client stakeholders.
  • Develop strong product fluency to act as a credible thought partner on feature requests, technical dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Monitor and report on project health, including deliverable slippage, root causes, dependency risks, capacity constraints, and priorities.
