Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- 1+ years in the IT industry (preferred).
- 4-year degree (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong general computer application skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies, products, and processes.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise independent judgment.
Responsibilities
- Research and quote sales opportunities for product and service sales, maximizing profit margins.
- Support project opportunities and Run Rate Business through quoting, ordering, and open order management.
- Coordinate with engineering for BOM design and validation.
- Assist with deal registration and negotiation of pricing.
- Uplift sales opportunities with warranties, services, and accessories.
- Manage CRM entries including opportunities and engineering/contract requests.
- Accurately execute and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Engage customers, vendors, and manufacturer partners to develop and grow relationships.
