Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of proven outside or inside sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong process management and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and contact frequency targets.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST.
- Ability to work under direct supervision and receive detailed instructions.
- Competence in applying basic sales principles to routine tasks.
Responsibilities
- Call on current and potential pharmacies to convert new business, maintain customers, and grow market share.
- Form long-standing customer relationships with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
- Convert existing and potential customers' use of targeted products to ensure sustained sales.
- Identify market intelligence on competitive activity and implement sales plans to meet goals.
- Maintain a real-time database of market intelligence and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Initiate introductory customer calls to develop long-term business relationships.
- Manage territory planning, account planning, selling processes, and deal economics.
- Negotiate and collaborate with customers and colleagues to achieve beneficial outcomes.
