Job Details

Completed degree in Finance, Controlling, or comparable education.
Multiple years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Controlling, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ideally in a dynamic environment.
Solid experience in corporate controlling, creating forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
Experience supporting month-end and year-end closings with understanding of accounting principles.
Must-have: Experience with digital finance tools (e.g., Candis or comparable solutions).
Strong passion for process development and automation.
Very proficient in Excel.
Experience with DATEV Unternehmen Online and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Asana).
Strong analytical skills and structured working style.
Hands-on mentality to independently identify and implement improvements.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Very good German language skills (at least C1).

Manage corporate controlling including annual planning, forecasts, budgets, and management reporting.
Analyze financial KPIs, monitor liquidity, cost structures, and profitability to provide actionable insights.
Coordinate finance processes from invoice management to supporting month-end and year-end closings with tax advisors.
Oversee the invoice management tool (Candis) and continuously improve finance systems and digital processes.
Support accounting activities as needed.
Drive digitalization and scalability of finance operations.
Act as the central point of contact for financial matters, collaborating with management, HR, and other departments.
Coordinate cooperation with external partners such as banks and tax advisors.
