Requirements
- 3-5 years of advertising agency account management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency (required).
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or advertising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong digital marketing acumen.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work with autonomy in client communications.
Responsibilities
- Support the Account Supervisor, Group Account Supervisor and/or Account Director in the daily management of client work.
- Manage the creation of work orders, change orders, project briefs, status reports, and conference reports.
- Maintain regular communication with assigned client contacts, often serving as the main agency contact.
- Monitor project timelines in collaboration with Project Management.
- Track budgets and assist with client billing and financial updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments including project managers, copywriters, and art directors.
- Participate in market research to capture and share trends and insights.
