Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in regional operations, partnerships, business development, or strategy roles.
- Proven experience managing multi-market programs or partner relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace businesses preferred.
- Experience working across Latin American or Canadian markets preferred.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of regional programs and initiatives across North and Latin American markets.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, serving as a trusted point of contact.
- Monitor regional performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
- Design and improve operating processes that help regional teams and partners work efficiently.
- Coordinate across global and local teams, including product, marketing, policy, and support, to keep priorities aligned.
- Prepare clear updates and recommendations for leadership.
