Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, focusing on complex projects or programs.
Proven experience with data center/workload migrations, data center consolidation, and/or data center build outs.
Strong technical knowledge in Dell, VMware, Rubrik, and NetApp systems.
Strong ability to manage medium to high risk, high complexity, and high visibility projects.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align programs with organizational goals.
Advanced skills in project management software and budgeting.
Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage conflicting viewpoints.
Ability to effectively facilitate interaction with executive-level clients.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is preferred.

Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.
Manage project initiation including defining scope, identifying contractual obligations, and setting schedules and budgets.
Identify and assign project resources while monitoring team performance and deliverables.
Coordinate activities across internal teams, clients, and vendor/subcontractor organizations.
Manage project risks, issues, and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct project closure activities, including handover documentation and post-implementation reviews.
Assist in presales efforts, including OA, SOWs, and customer presentations.
Mentor and coach junior project management staff and oversee assigned personnel.
