Requirements
- 10–15 years of professional experience, with substantial background in SAP project management.
- At least one complete end-to-end SAP implementation experience.
- Practical knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- Proficiency in JIRA and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
- Experience within SAP consulting or technology transformation environments.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, global, and multi-timezone environments.
- Experience with project budgeting and financial management.
- Professional certification such as PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 preferred.
- SAP Activate certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel for short-term domestic or international engagements.
Responsibilities
- Support project setup and configuration using JIRA and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
- Establish and maintain project repository structures and governance materials.
- Apply SAP Activate methodology to project planning and execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support project managers with resource coordination, scheduling, and delivery expectations.
- Assist with project planning, tracking, and status reporting across workstreams.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
- Support project budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Identify project dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
