Requirements
- Professional experience in project management or PMO.
- Experience within MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), Big 4, or boutique firms.
- Ability to design and troubleshoot complex delivery cycles.
- Expertise in digital transformation or post-merger integration (PMI).
- Ability to deliver quality results with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional communication skills to guide client conversations and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Build strategic roadmaps by designing end-to-end delivery cycles.
- Identify and mitigate project bottlenecks and risks (RAID).
- Translate complex project milestones into clear recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Drive implementation to ensure new workflows and designs are adopted.
- Produce accurate project plans and status reports for client teams.
