Requirements

- Experience navigating scope, scale, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to build trust with clients as a primary point of contact, managing escalations, and acting as a strategic partner.
- Expertise in proactively identifying and resolving project risks.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and QA.
- Clear and confident communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and AI solutions to shape digital experiences.
