Job Details

Significant experience managing senior engineers and developing technical leaders.
Strong technical foundation in modern web or frontend systems.
Track record of managing cross-team delivery risks and operational demands.
Strong product and customer judgement for connecting engineering investments to business outcomes.
Clear, concise written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed organization.
Appreciation for open-source development and experience with Cloud-first delivery.
Practical experience using AI and automation in leadership work.
Experience with React, TypeScript, or large-scale frontend ecosystems is a plus.
Experience with developer platforms, plugins, or information architecture is a plus.

Manage two distributed engineering squads, focusing on coaching, performance, and building a culture of accountability.
Oversee hiring and team planning, aligning capacity with product priorities.
Lead discovery processes with customers and users to shape roadmaps.
Partner with Product, Design, and leadership to prioritize work and resolve dependencies.
Ensure delivery from discovery through rollout, setting milestones and mitigating risks.
Set engineering direction for frontend foundations, navigation, and search.
Uphold standards for quality, security, and operability, including evaluation of AI-assisted code.
