Requirements
- Proven track record of owning and driving impactful product initiatives end-to-end.
- Experience shaping frontend architecture and defining engineering standards in a Senior or Staff-level role.
- Expertise in TypeScript and scalable web application frameworks (React strongly preferred; Angular, Vue, or Svelte accepted).
- Experience creating, maintaining, and contributing to design systems or component libraries.
- Experience working in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments.
- Experience leveraging AI to accelerate product development.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Strong UI/UX judgment and understanding of best practices and anti-patterns (nice to have).
- Domain knowledge in Climate/Sustainability, Construction Tech, Manufacturing, or Compliance (nice to have).
- Experience creating agentic user interfaces (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Define technical direction and architecture for the entire frontend codebase.
- Build a scalable foundation for frontend contributions across the team.
- Develop and ship agentic user interfaces for the 'Emigo' AI assistant.
- Own the full product loop from discovery and hypothesis formation to shipping and measurement.
- Evolve the design system in partnership with the Product Design team.
- Maintain the component library, expand documentation, and evangelize its usage.
- Coach and mentor engineers on system architecture and web fundamentals.
- Identify technical issues and propose actionable solutions.
