Job Details

10+ years of experience building highly scalable, consumer-facing Android applications.
Expert-level Kotlin: deep mastery of coroutines, flows, and language idioms.
Deep KMP fluency: experience developing and scaling shared business logic in large, multi-module KMP codebases.
Strong command of MVI and reactive architecture patterns.
Gradle and build system expertise: multi-module projects, convention plugins, and dependency management.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, SDK versioning, and automated release management.
Hands-on experience with Compose and Compose Multiplatform.
Deep knowledge of Android platform best practices and design system standards.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical decisions to varied stakeholders.
Strong track record of driving Agile/SCRUM process improvements.
Team-first mentality with a drive to continuously raise the bar.

Own the multiplatform engineering strategy across Android and shared KMP layers.
Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-quarter features and systems.
Define and enforce engineering principles and best practices across Android and KMP surfaces.
Drive architectural decisions across a layered, multi-module KMP codebase.
Partner with shared platform teams to shape contracts and a unified UI component library.
Drive high-impact technical decisions in partnership with product, design, and executive stakeholders.
Champion software quality, testability, and operational metrics.
Mentor and grow engineers at all levels.
Lead incident resolution and proactively remove cross-team blockers.
Model rigorous code reviews to elevate standards across the codebase.
