Job Details

10+ years of relevant experience.
Administered and architected Smartsheet or comparable enterprise work management platforms.
Strong technical background: ability to write code, work with APIs, and understand MCP and modern AI integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with MCP, AI agents, or LLM-connected workflows in production.
Proven experience running operations, a PMO, or a transformation program.
Experience presenting to executives and large audiences at industry events.
Ability to work fluidly between product, engineering, sales, and customers.
Experience working directly with product and engineering teams as a design partner or customer advisory voice.
Demonstrated history of pushing a platform to its functional edges.
Strong communication skills with the ability to compress technical depth into actionable language.

Translate Smartsheet's AI capabilities into practical use cases and narratives for field teams.
Deliver technical storytelling through customer sessions, analyst briefings, and community events.
Construct reference implementations, MCP-connected workflows, and demonstration environments.
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering to shape positioning and architect deployment patterns.
Equip sales and partner teams with enablement artifacts and training regarding AI implementation, ROI, and governance.
Contribute to AI adoption programs including maturity frameworks and adoption scoring.
Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, and sales teams.
Influence priorities and drive AI positioning as a connective force across the organization.
