Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven software product management experience.
- Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery through launch and scale.
- Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices.
- Experience designing and launching AI-powered product features.
- Experience building and orchestrating intelligent workflows by connecting systems and automation tools.
- Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data.
- Experience using agile development methodologies with globally distributed teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to build wireframes and mockups.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, including backlog grooming, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
- Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing, talent-facing, and internal product experiences.
- Define the scope of new product features and ongoing feature improvements.
- Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Break down complex problems and use data, analytics, and user research to inform product direction.
- Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and communicate contingency plans.
- Apply system-analyst techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine functional specifications.
