Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.

- Expertise in backend development for data-intensive applications.
- Experience working with databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
- Proficiency with distributed computing and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor engineers.
- Strong advocate for unit testing, continuous integration, and elegant code solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex software systems.
- Shape the technical direction and architecture of the software platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers in best practices and professional growth.
- Drive innovation by implementing new technologies and frameworks.
