Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a retail and wholesale operations specialist or in e-commerce.
- At least 18 years of age and completed High School.
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Proficiency in word-processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Must have a USB headset with noise cancellation.
- Must have a working webcam.
- Must have a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Must have a main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Manage order entry, order processing, routing guides, and payment handling.
- Create items and queues across multiple wholesale, retail, and marketplace platforms.
- Send samples to retailers and representatives.
- Organize and process daily payouts.
- Handle newsletter management.
- Prepare Excel reports and extract information for sales representatives.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth order flow.
