Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in data analysis.
- At least two (2) years of experience in supporting talent development initiatives within the last five (5) years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Collaborative mindset to work with team members.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Collect and organize data from 360-degree assessments for OGC personnel.
- Analyze assessment data to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses in leadership and attorney development.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and visual representations of assessment results.
- Collaborate with the Assessment Facilitator to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in developing assessment questions aligned with talent development objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support talent development initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity and manage confidential information securely.
- Communicate findings effectively to legal professionals and leadership.
