Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a data-focused role (internship experience included).
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
- Reliable internet connectivity (100 MBPS download/50 MBPS upload) with ethernet connection.
- Windows 10+ or macOS 14+ computer with at least 16GB RAM.
- Wired headphones and webcam for video calls.
- Ability to use Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.
- Perform statistical analyses and generate actionable insights from healthcare data.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Work with product, engineering, and clinical teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data by implementing best practices for validation and maintenance.
- Develop and apply basic machine learning models to identify patterns and predict outcomes.
