Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum 8-10 years in marketing, sales, product management or business development within industrial, engineered products or construction-adjacent markets.
- Deep, demonstrable data center market knowledge including customers, buying cycles, and delivery models.
- Direct experience with engineered fastening applications and fastening-specific or assembly automation.
- Track record of building a growth strategy from market analysis through to an executed commercial plan.
- Proven influence across a global matrix spanning multiple regions and cultures.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear conclusions.
- Ability to work across US, EU, and Asia time zones.
- Capability for occasional domestic and international travel (10–20%).
Responsibilities
- Own the global Data Center vertical strategy, including market sizing, segmentation, and a multi-year roadmap.
- Develop and execute the annual strategic business plan for revenue, gross margin, and share gain.
- Define market-specific value propositions grounded in customer needs for hyperscale, colocation, and EPC/OEM partners.
- Serve as the global authority on engineered fastening applications in data center environments.
- Lead demand generation strategy and global account targeting in partnership with regional sales leadership.
- Build metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadences to measure vertical success and inform resource allocation.
- Align and influence a matrixed global network including regional sales, product management, engineering, and operations.
