Requirements

  • Professional experience in product management, ideally within KYC, compliance, fintech, digital identity, or related technology products.
  • Experience in a technical product management environment is highly preferred, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of identity verification solutions and the broader identity verification market.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology providers, integration partners, or strategic third-party relationships.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Data Protection, and Marketing.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to connect product decisions with revenue, adoption, retention, cost, and customer outcomes.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, internationally distributed environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and enthusiasm for developing new products and capabilities in a rapidly evolving market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the expansion, development, and ongoing management of non-documentary identity and address verification products across the North American market.
  • Coordinate new database product releases while managing and optimizing the existing product portfolio.
  • Oversee product areas including mobile driver’s licenses, identity wallets, data sources, and open banking.
  • Manage relationships with technology and integration partners, coordinating multiple partnerships and identifying opportunities to improve product capabilities and performance.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce database product costs while developing redundancy options to strengthen resilience and continuity.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to expand the customer base, increase product adoption, maximize revenue, and support retention.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Data Protection teams to address commercial, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop effective go-to-market strategies that generate demand and accelerate adoption.
