Requirements
- Strong B2B product management experience.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Jira, including writing epics and stories.
- Proficient in English.
- Technical fluency to challenge engineering teams on architecture, data models, and trade-offs.
- Proven experience building or maintaining data products.
- Experience building AI-driven products is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of analytics capture and analysis, including LLM interfaces.
- Experience with AI agents and Claude is a plus.
- Experience defining data warehouse and data lake requirements.
- Experience with Scrum of Scrums methodology.
- Experience working within a globally distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data and AI product roadmap.
- Translate data needs into clear requirements for engineering teams.
- Own the full lifecycle of data and AI initiatives from intent recognition through execution.
- Partner with platform, engineering, design, security, and legal teams to build intuitive solutions.
- Write engineering-ready epics and stories with clear acceptance criteria using Scrum.
- Set up and define data products, including data warehouse and data lake requirements.
- Define how usage and outcomes are captured and analyzed, including analytics for LLM/agent interfaces.
