Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Advanced SQL proficiency with hands-on expertise in Google BigQuery, including query optimization and schema design.
- Strong experience with Looker and LookML for data modeling, dashboarding, and report automation.
- Experience in metrics design and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling (regression, forecasting).
- Familiarity with Python (pandas, matplotlib), Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks, or AWS is a plus.
- Prior experience in consumer tech, fitness, subscription-based businesses, or retail/hospitality is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to understand business questions and deliver analysis.
- Design and maintain ad-hoc and recurring Looker reports and monitor key business metrics.
- Build, optimize, and document LookML models to support scalable analysis.
- Audit existing dashboards and data sources to identify consolidation opportunities and resolve data discrepancies.
- Partner with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Develop and maintain models that forecast business outcomes and customer behavior.
