Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Python for data analysis and machine learning modeling.
- Hands-on experience with common ML libraries and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and statistical techniques including supervised/unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and A/B testing.
- Experience deploying ML models into production and maintaining them.
- Proficiency in writing clean, reproducible, production-grade code.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with structured and unstructured data.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with product, engineering, and business units.
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML models for business needs like forecasting, recommendation systems, pricing, and churn.
- Perform EDA to identify trends, anomalies, and relationships in the data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, success metrics, and data needs.
- Build scalable and maintainable ML workflows and ensure smooth model deployment.
- Monitor model performance and retrain when needed to ensure reliability.
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate models.
- Mentor junior team members and promote data science best practices.
- Contribute to internal standards on testing, reproducibility, and documentation.
- Stay current with advances in ML and AI to bring new ideas to the team.
