Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- 3+ years owning and delivering shared or platform products requiring cross-functional alignment.
- Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Experience in Maritime/Commodity domain or Data Platforms (event-driven systems, data pipelines).
- Strong technical product management capabilities to collaborate with engineering teams.
- Extensive experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Proficiency with backlog management tools such as Jira and Productboard.
- Understanding of data product requirements for scalability and reliability.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform data products including Geospatial Data, Assets Data, and Geometry Events.
- Define and evolve shared platform capabilities including spatial data models and physical asset datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and maximize product reuse.
- Develop migration strategies and transition plans from legacy solutions to drive product adoption.
- Lead end-to-end delivery by managing backlogs in Jira and Productboard and refining user stories.
- Partner with engineering to optimize delivery efficiency and ensure on-time execution.
- Define success metrics to monitor adoption and drive improvements in data quality and platform effectiveness.
- Act as the primary product representative for data streams within the Data Unification program.
